16 Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group Agents Receive New Home Sales Training

Sixteen real estate agents from Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group graduated from New Home Sales training in the first quarter of 2018.  This unique program prepares general real estate agents to sell new homes for Aubuchon Homes.  Attending the required classes, agents learn how to qualify prospects, create a model home sales presentation, and gain an understanding of the home building industry as well as the construction process.

“The fact that I’ve had my license for only 3 years, I can tell you I knew little to nothing about new construction,” explains New Home Sales graduate Beth Crafts.  “The better prepared I am, the more the customer will find my value and make me stand out from others as an expert.”

The New Home Sales graduates include Mason Graham, Terry Sampson, Valarie Tillman, David Wittig, Jessica Obert, Raul Serra, Andy McCarty, Patty McGuire, Darlene Turek, Don Offutt, Duane Morris, Saundra Healy, Marilyn Adams, Beth Crafts, Christina Vertich, and Sheena Reagan.

Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group is the real estate division of the Aubuchon Team of Companies. To date the company is home to 90 agents with five real estate offices across SW Florida; three in Cape Coral, one in Estero, and the newest office in Fort Myers.
