Beate was born in Wolfenbüttel, Germany. Her career began in the hospitality industry and as a result of her passion for helping people, she was very involved with the Red Cross, serving in an executive management role at the Bavarian Red Cross HQ. In 2006, Beate, her husband Mathias, and their 4 children decided it was time to take on new challenges and made the move from the Bavarian Alps to Seattle, Washington.

Through her work in Seattle, she developed a unique understanding of cultures from around the world giving her insight into factors that are important to diverse cultures. Since 2010 she has helped more than 255 U.S. and international new hires- mainly with Amazon.com and Microsoft- find a new home in the Puget Sound area of Washington State. In 2011 Beate and her husband decided to look for a vacation home in Florida and they fell in love with Cape Coral. Beate’s hobbies include swimming, inline skating, bike riding, Zumba classes, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Beate has high standards and seeks further education to provide the greatest customer service to her clients. She is involved in Women’s Council of Realtors Cape Coral (2017 VP of Membership and 2018 President Elect), has a Certificate as an Accredited Cape Coral Residential Specialist, New Home Specialist, Performance Management Network designation, and At Home with Diversity designation.

Months before we got there she set us up with a daily hot sheet and researched every home we were interested in so when it came time to look we were well prepared. Beate always got back to us in a timely manner with every question we had. We never felt that it was an imposition. We feel she went over and above the duties of being a Realtor. Beate is probably the ideal consultant for German natives to get involved in the Cape Coral real estate market. If you are looking for a German speaking realtor in Cape Coral who can introduce you to everything you need to know and dare to ask, she’s your first choice. She was extremely responsive to all our questions, and even providing proactive advice on things we didn’t have on our screen. She was always accessible via phone or email (despite the time difference) and was willing to reserve time also for extensive and detailed discussions in both calls and in person when we stayed in Cape Coral. She is very knowledgeable in all processes and workflows and gives the right hints in advance or reminders just in time, whenever required or useful. Her excellent expertise on the local market helped us tremendously in defining the right criteria for our home building project: she showcased to us the best matches for our plans.
