Chase Dziurzynski has been part of the Southwest Florida community for nearly two decades.  His family moved to the area from Grand Rapids, MI when he was very young.  He grew up in Cape Coral and graduated from Ida Baker High School.

Chase is passionate about helping others and his community.  After graduation, he completed his training to become a state-certified Fire Fighter.  He also worked as a Lead Solar Installer overseeing the process to ensure timely and quality work was being achieved.  Accountability, compassion, and work ethic are three traits Chase brings with him during his transition into real estate.

Chase joined The Estate Team at Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group in August 2022.  Led by Bryan D. Keane, this multi-million dollar real estate team is made up of hard-working, top-producing agents.  They have extensive knowledge and experience negotiating contracts, marketing properties, and navigating the changing real estate market.  Their reputation for customer service and results-driven culture is what drew Chase to real estate and the team.
