Jessica Ledbetter

Jessica first experienced the “top shelf” of the real estate world growing up on the beautiful and luxurious Main Line outside of Philadelphia, PA.  She also spent time as a child with her family living in Plymouth, Minnesota.  So, she especially appreciates the warmth and beauty of Florida.  Jessica sought out a summer internship with a Main Line real estate broker in 2008.  Then, Jessica moved with her family to Southwest Florida in 2010.  She majored in Business Management at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Traveling is a passion of Jessica’s, which has gifted her with a wide-span of networking and market insight.  Since graduating college, Jessica has also lived in Burlington, Vermont, and Nashville, Tennessee exploring the diversity of different settings around the country.

Jessica developed a passion for real estate while traveling.  She moved back to Estero, Florida in December of 2015 to pursue her real estate career.  Jessica received her real estate license and joined the Royal Palm Coast REALTOR® Association.  She mentored under an area Broker.  Then, just one month into her new profession, she became the assistant to a top producing agent.  Due to her exceptional progress, she quickly joined the team as a full time selling and buying agent.

In the summer of 2017, she became a member of another successful team.  The following year, Jessica received the “Silver Award” in recognition of her outstanding accomplishments.

Jessica is value-driven, emphasizing communication, integrity, and honesty.  Miloff Aubuchon Realty stood out to Jessica because of their shared beliefs.  She decided to join the team in July of 2019 to further develop her career.

Jessica is fully equipped to handle any of your buying, selling and rental/property management needs.  She has experience closing many transactions as an assistant, buying agent, selling agent, a Business Development Manager and also working in commercial real estate.

In her free time, Jessica loves kayaking, mostly in the Estero River and Lovers Key.  She also enjoys reading, going to Zumba dance class, running and yoga in Lakes Park.  She’s an avid volunteer and spends time with her and her boyfriends’ families going to concerts and traveling as much as possible.
