Terry Sampson

Terry Sampson was born and raised in Hannibal, Missouri, located Northwest of St. Louis on the Mississippi River, known for the boyhood Home of Mark Twain!  He graduated from the University of Missouri- Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Political Science. From 1977-2007 Terry worked for the Missouri Department of Transportation (DOT) as the Right of Way Director. In 2007, he became the Executive Director of the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce. Shortly after, he obtained his real estate license in Missouri, specializing as a seller and buyer’s agent for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties.

Terry and his wife, Rhonda, moved to SW Florida in 2015 in search of palm trees and sunshine. The decision to join Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group as a Real Estate Specialist came from an admiration of the company’s reputation and community support. “My passion is to give a good impression of the company and represent my clients with the utmost honesty and integrity”, says Terry.

Terry has two children and two grandchildren. He enjoys watching sports, going to the movies, and the sunny beaches of the Gulf coast!
