This month, Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group marks its 25th Anniversary as Cape Coral’s leading locally-owned independent brokerage.
Jeff Miloff and Gary Aubuchon founded the company in 1999, and it has experienced continual growth since then. Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group achieved a total sales volume of $3.4 billion. Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group agents represented 55-thousand sides and listed more than nine-thousand Southwest Florida properties.
“When we started the company back in 1999, the local real estate board was still publishing an MLS listing book every few weeks to track active listings,” explains broker and owner Jeff Miloff. “Today, thanks to technology, Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group’s listings are shared across the country and across the world.”
In the first quarter of 2024, the brokerage ranked number one overall in sales volume in Cape Coral. Year over year, Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group consistently ranks in the top five for independent brokerages and in the top ten overall in Lee County.
