Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina, Cape Coral’s first combined food‑truck park and marina, officially opened with a bang on July 4 at the base of the Cape Coral Bridge. The Fourth‑of‑July Bash featured live music, giveaways, and prime viewing of the “Red, White and Boom” fireworks. Slipaway welcomes boaters and visitors daily: bar hours 10 a m–10 p m, food trucks 11 a m–9 p m, and the fuel dock open 8 a m–8 p m. Stretching across 3.1 acres, it hosts 10 local food trucks, 30 boat slips, a Ship Store, shaded seating, and waterfront views across over 100 parking spaces. Boaters can now fuel up and dine in one spot. This vibrant new community hub enhances Cape Coral’s waterfront appeal.
