Skip’s career trajectory is a testament to his exceptional adaptability, expertise, and unwavering dedication to excellence. In 2019, he transitioned into real estate, joining Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group as a Realtor. In this role, Skip leverages his extensive background to administer both residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Before his shift to real estate, Skip spent eight years in the Aerospace and Defense sectors, where he honed his skills in navigating complex challenges and achieving results in high-stakes environments. He then moved into the performance improvement and incentive/events industry, spending a decade at Carlson Marketing Group. There, he rose to the position of Vice President of Business Development, driving strategic initiatives that enhanced profitability and customer satisfaction.

Skip’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his involvement with numerous ventures, where he has demonstrated innovative problem-solving and sharp business acumen. His commitment to community service is reflected in his active participation in organizations such as Rotary International, Shriners International, and InfraGard.

Additionally, Skip’s dedication to ethical standards is highlighted by his appointments to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission and the Florida Bar’s 20th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “A.” 

His contributions extend to the Board of Florida Realtors and the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, where he serves on the Public Policy Committee, advocating for professionalism, integrity, and property rights.
