Courtney Asher is originally from New Orleans, LA, but moved to Florida in 1996 for the beautiful weather and salt life. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University while also competing in collegiate swimming for 4 years, as well as representing the United States in 1992 at the World Student Games.  That paved the way for her career in Therapeutic Recreation which eventually evolved into health and fitness and Personal Training.

While raising a family, she worked part-time teaching group fitness classes and personal training.  Courtney has always loved meeting new people from all walks of life and helping them meet their fitness goals and seeing how she can impact their health, their lives, and their future.

Courtney has lived in Cape Coral with her husband and two kids for 26 years now and has grown to love the SW Florida community.  Her experiences living, working, and playing in this area has led her to the real estate business, where she can help other people live their dream.
