Get ready to slip away for family-friendly outdoor fun and entertainment!

Slipway Food Tuck Park & Marina is coming soon along the waterfront at the foot of the Cape Coral bridge on the beautiful Caloosahatchee River.

Gary Aubuchon and Jeff Miloff, leaders of the real-estate focused Aubuchon Team of Companies, have joined forces with three other investors to develop this one-of-a-kind destination accessible by both cars and boats.

“It’s another way to put Cape Coral on the map,” explains Gary Aubuchon.  “We’re combining waterfront dining with a casual, pet-friendly, park-like setting that encourages residents and visitors to embrace the outdoor Florida lifestyle.”

Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina will feature 10 food trucks, a centralized bar, shaded pavilions, 120 parking spots, walking pathways, a boardwalk, and 30 boat slips.

The plan for the waterside park is to bring people together of all ages and from all backgrounds as well as enhance public access to the Caloosahatchee River.

“Our companies have always been focused on giving back to our Southwest Florida neighbors,” says Jeff Miloff.  “We see this as a great location to host community events, festivals, charity fundraisers, and regional fishing tournaments.”
