Marlene Cohn is excited to bring her expertise to beautiful SWFL.  After years of traveling to escape the cold winter, her family made the big move to Cape Coral.  She has been a multi-location business owner for over 10 years and most recently managed a real estate office along with her husband Zac in Maine.  Marlene and Zac are licensed broker associates in both states.  They are ready to assist clients, whether it’s a second home in paradise or investment property.  Their combined business experience along with a passion for technology and education has been a driving force for continued success.

Marlene’s love for creating a home and helping people achieve their goals has translated well into the real estate industry. She believes strongly in giving back and is looking forward to volunteering in the community. In the past, she has participated in numerous beach clean-ups and fundraising events with the Natural Resources Council of Maine. Her family loves the beauty of nature and will continue to support those efforts in Florida.
